We take the security of your data seriously. Here's how we protect it.

Encryption in transit

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. We enforce HTTPS across all endpoints.

Encryption at rest

Data stored in our databases and file storage is encrypted at rest using AES-256.

Authentication

Passwords are never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard hashing algorithms and support multi-factor authentication for all accounts.

Access controls

Internal access to production systems follows least-privilege principles. Access is reviewed quarterly and revoked immediately when team members leave.

Infrastructure

LaunchSuite runs on cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II certification. We conduct regular dependency audits and apply security patches promptly.

Incident response

We maintain a documented incident response plan. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.

Report a vulnerability

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and work with you to resolve the issue.
