Licence

1. Grant of licence

Subject to these terms, Klick SWS (“LaunchSuite”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the LaunchSuite platform solely for your own internal business or personal purposes, in accordance with these terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• sublicence, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the platform;
• modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the platform;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code;
• access the platform to build a competitive product or service;
• use the platform to send unsolicited communications.

3. Intellectual property

The platform and all content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Klick SWS. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to content you upload or create using the platform. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these terms. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will immediately cease.
