When do people receive their referral link?

Immediately after signing up. The link appears on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. No delay, no login required.

What does 'moving up the waitlist' mean in practice?

Each referral increments the contact's position score. Contacts are ranked by position score when you export or review your list. The sharer sees their updated position after each successful referral.

Can I turn off the referral feature?

Yes. Referrals can be enabled or disabled per waitlist. If disabled, contacts still receive a confirmation email but no referral link.

What stops someone from referring themselves with multiple email addresses?

LaunchSuite checks for duplicate IP patterns and flags suspicious referral chains. Self-referrals using the same device or browser session are rejected automatically.

Can I customise the rewards?

Yes. You can set up to three reward tiers (e.g., 1 referral, 5 referrals, 10 referrals) and write custom reward descriptions for each. The actual delivery of rewards (like extended trials) is handled at launch — LaunchSuite tracks who reached each tier.

Is the referral programme available on the free plan?
