Can I use an apex domain (e.g. yourdomain.com) instead of a subdomain?
Yes, if your DNS provider supports ANAME or ALIAS records for apex domains. Most modern registrars do. A subdomain like 'waitlist.yourdomain.com' is simpler and works with a standard CNAME.
How long does DNS propagation take?
Most DNS changes propagate within 15 minutes, though it can take up to 48 hours depending on your registrar and TTL settings. SSL activates automatically once propagation is complete.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. You do not need to buy a new domain. You just add a CNAME record pointing to LaunchSuite from your existing registrar's DNS settings.
What happens to my custom domain if I cancel Pro?
Your page will fall back to your launchsuite.co subdomain. The custom domain CNAME record becomes inactive. Your signups and page content are not affected.
Can I have different custom domains for different waitlists?
Yes. Each waitlist on the Pro plan can have its own custom domain.
